Kolog Recycling & Recovery Initiative (KRRI)
Our structured recycling programme rewards households and businesses that separate recyclable materials. We collect, weigh, and bale -- and apply verified credits to your next waste management invoice.
Request Recycling PickupAccepted Materials
Clean, empty plastic bottles (water, soft drinks, cooking oil). Caps removed and bottles rinsed.
Cardboard boxes, newspapers, magazines, office paper, and drink cartons. Flattened and dry.
Pure water sachets, shopping bags, food packaging nylon. Rinsed and bundled together.
Beverage cans (malt drinks, soft drinks, energy drinks). Empty and rinsed. No aerosol cans.
How It Works
Sort your recyclables at home into clean, dry categories -- PET bottles, cartons and paper, nylon and sachets, aluminium cans. Keep them separate from your general waste.
Submit a recycling pickup request through our website or call our team directly. We will schedule a collection at a time that works for you.
Our team collects and weighs your materials on-site. After verification and sorting at our facility, credits are applied to your next waste management invoice.
Credit Policy
Transparency is central to our recycling programme. Here is how we calculate, verify, and apply your recycling credits.
Each material category has a minimum weight requirement before credits are applied. Small quantities are accepted but may be aggregated across multiple pickups before credit is issued.
Verified recycling credits are applied as a deduction on your next waste management invoice. Credits are not redeemable as cash and cannot be transferred between accounts.
All materials are weighed on-site at collection and verified at our sorting facility. Credit values are confirmed after sorting and contamination checks are complete.
Materials must be reasonably clean, dry, and free from food contamination. Heavily soiled or mixed materials may be rejected or receive a reduced credit rate.
Not a Kolog Customer?
You do not need to be a Kolog waste management customer to recycle responsibly. We accept separated recyclable materials from anyone in the Sangotedo and Ajah corridor at no charge.
Non-customers receive free responsible evacuation of recyclable materials. While invoice credits are only available to active Kolog customers, your materials are still properly sorted, baled, and sent to certified recycling partners -- keeping them out of landfill.
Arrange a PickupCommunity Programme
The Sangotedo Clean Community Initiative is our broader effort to build recycling awareness and sustainable waste habits across the corridor. Working with estates, schools, religious organisations, and local businesses, we aim to reduce the volume of recyclable material going to landfill.

Whether you are an existing customer or simply want to dispose of recyclables responsibly, we are here to help.
